Sheer to the waist, Nylon/Spandex blend Pantyhose with a narrow waistband. Perfect alone, or to wear under fishnets. Many like to wear pantyhose under garters and stockings, it is a *particular* look, and feel. 85% nylon and 15% spandex. These have a very tight fit. These are NOT support hose for anyone with special needs. I believe the manufacturer calles them support simply because of the spandex, and the smooth, tight fit.
