It has 4 adjustable, detachable garter straps, with metal tabs. It includes the matching thong. The design and quality is more like a corset. Because it laces up the back, you can really cinch the waist with this piece. A reinforcement band built into the inside of the cincher, keeps the waist strictly confined .
